Dear Geneticists,
In lieu of a molecular biology BBS, I would like to use this forum to
ask if anyone has cloned (pieces of) the genomic DNA for the NO synthase
enzyme. We have all of the various cDNA sequences, but would like to know the
approximate intron-exon borders of the whole gene (any isoenzyme of NOS).
