This is a reply to both the above message and to the TGFA work. As regards the
above we have no current complex traits under active study other than the cleft
work but do plan quite a bit in the future if our center is funded. I will let
Ken know as I am sure you ahve as he is the head of info for that.
FOr the TGFA I saw kens notes and again can add little unless you want to
mention as a stock set of refs that a few other single gene Mendlelians with
cleft lip or palate have been mapped (Van der woude, Treacher-Collins, Sticklers
, Shprintzens, Waardenbuurgs)
