I'm just about to start translating Ott's (or CEPH's) VAX version of the suite of linkage programs from pascal into C (for the NeXT). I'll be using p2c for this, but the tough part is the system-specific shell. If anyone has already done this I'd appreciate some hints. --Eric Minch Stanford Genetics
