We have used dsRed both on its own and fused to other proteins and found
that the intensity is equal to or greater than that of GFP. Also, there
is no obvious difference in expression levels. We haven't tried to

There was a beer makers convention going on, and after the days meetings

several beer company presidents decided to go to a bar for some drinks.
So, the Budweiser president orders a Bud, the Coors president orders a
Coors,
The Miller president orders a Millers and so on.
When it comes to the Guinness President,
he looks at the group of men and then orders
a glass of water. The rest of the presidents
look at him and ask "Why aren't you ordering
a Guinness?" and he looked at them and replied,
"Lads, if you're not going to drink beer then I'm not going to either."
