Dear Colleagues,

In collaboration with Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory, bioinformatics.ca is p=
leased to offer the workshop High-Throughput Biology: From Sequence to Netw=
orks. This workshop will be held at Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory March 20=
 =96 27, 2017. It will focus on key bioinformatics concepts and tools requ=
ired to analyze DNA- and RNA-seq reads using a reference genome and will co=
nclude with analyzing and conducting pathway and network analysis on the re=
sultant =91gene=92 list.

Applications for this workshop are due January 15th. For more details and =
