[Drosophila] New Methods article - imaging live muscle in prepupae

The thermo-reversible hydrogel mountant CyGEL is described for the live imaging of muscle in Drosophila prepupae.

Objects can be recovered gently for onward growth or orthogonal analysis and avoids risk of hyperthermal shock from use of LMP agarose.
