Dear Chrstina,

I'm not sure from your posting what the exact purpose of your oligo's 
is to be - but if its just sequence verification of your clones and 
you can't get the vector sequence you need to design your own - this 
primer works for us: 5'-gCCAAgAAgTAATTATTg-3'
