IRES in fly and other insects

 Hi netters,

Does anybody try to express a bi-cistronic mRNA using IRES(internal ribosome
entry site from the encephalomyocarditis virus) in fly or other insects? (in
the latter case, it may be done in cultured cell(Sf9 or something else) Any
feedback would be highly appreciated.
