I put some Quicktime movies on the web from which I think/hope that
others might find them interesting. They show development of (living)
Drosophila embryos from blastoderm until hatching. The nuclei are
labeled with a Polycomb-GFP fusion protein and can thus be followed by
fluoresccence confocal microscopy. More information and the movies can
