actin/tubulin antibodies

In response to Lauren Yaich's question, I have used Amersham anti-tubulin
(alpha and beta) and anti-actin on Westerns of testis proteins. They
worked very well, except that I had to use the anti-actin antibody at
1:100 dilution instead of the recommended concentration. The tubulin
antisera worked in the range recommended by the company (1:2000, if I
remember correctly).
