CNRS-University of Burgundy (Dijon, France).
A permanent position of Professor is open (start october 1999) at the
CNRS-University of Burgundy Unit "Developpement-communication chimique"
for a newly created team onDrosophila developmental biology, comprising
three CNRS searchers. A successful candidate should have a good teaching
experience in developmental biology, and be fluent in french language.
He will be expected to develop a research program on genetic and
molecular aspects of Drosophila embryonic or post-embryonic development
with a newly recruited Maitre de Conferences (assistant Professor).
The University, the CNRS and the Regional Council are building a new
laboratory space for this expansion, and competitive start-up funds and
research facilities (CNRS technical help) are offered.
