Hi,
        For those interested in repeated sequences, I have  recently 
learned that the Jurka, J., Walichiewicz, J. and Milosavljevic, A.
database containing PROTOTYPIC SEQENCES FOR HUMAN REPETITIVE DNA is 
available via anonymous ftp from ncbi.nlm.nih.gov in the subdirectory
/repository/repbase .
