Hallo I am looking for a gene that is constitutively expressed in hybrid poplar (alba x tremula) as a reference for rt-pcr - in other systems actin or ubiquitin are used, I think, but what about poplar? Would anyone of you have any advice for me? Thank you very much and best wishes Marcel ---
