Hi,
Can anyone give suggestions as to the best way to photograph 2-20 day
old arabidopsis seedlings with particular emphasis on mounting
techniques of whole seedlings? We are attempting to visualize GUS
staining in whole seedlings and have tried floating seedlings in 35 %
glycerol and mounting under coverslips but with limited success. Any
suggestions would be most appreciated. Thanks in advance.
