Sorry for asking what is probably a very boring and basic question,
but........
How do I go about preparing what is described as a "10mM sodium
phosphate-citrate buffer pH 6.0" I can make the 10mM sodiun phosphate,
but what type and how much "citrate" do I add? I assume the pH has to
be adjusted afterwards to 6.
