right, but ...should I check all my blue
colonies? They are about some thousands… I can't proceed by trials, I
couldn't ever finish. Anyway I've checked all the
white colonies, by "echart", and I'm sure they're not good. Now I'm
repeating the digestions and the ligase , using two
stocks of different ligases ( could it be unworking?) and keeping the
reactions at different temperatures, as well as 25 and 14
