You should apply 10 % formalinum, 36 hours. Then it is possible to decalcify
with a trichloroacetic acid or formic acid in an admixture from 10 % by
formalinum.. Volume of solution in 50 times more than object . To change
solution once per day during several days while all calcium will not
leave. After a decalcification samples seat in 5 % solution
of potash alum at 12 hours. Then flush in 96 % alcoho some days.
It is possible to make sections on the freezing microtome.
