I am a British sixth-form student who is about to complete an 'A'-level in
Biology. As part of this, I have just completed a study into the effect on
ripening of bananas of ethene gas, by modifying their storage atmosphere. I
tested for the rate of ripening by testing the concentration of reducong
sugars. Does anyone know of any studies available on the net that I can use
as part of th write-up as I have to include examples of past work in the
justification for my experiment.
