Alkaline phosfatase in histological sections

Hi,

We are interested in a protocol for the dection of alkaline phosphatase in
paraffin sections from tissues which were fixed in a mixture of 70%
ethanol:acetic acid:formalin (90:5:5). It would be good a protocol that uses
alpha-naphtil phosphate. May be with other fixatives work better, but the
material is already fixed.
