Juniper Group, Inc. Signs a Letter of Intent To Acquire Eyeblast, Inc.
GREAT NECK, N.Y., Dec. 21 /PRNewswire/ -- Juniper Group, Inc. (Nasdaq: JUNI <http://finance.yahoo.com/q?s=juni&d=t> - news <http://biz.yahoo.com/n/j/juni.html>; "Juniper'') announced today that it has entered into a letter of intent to acquire Eyeblast, Inc. ("Eyeblast''). Eyeblast, a recently formed company has assembled a management team that they believe can implement the business plan that will enable them to become a broadband internet company that will create various networks of entertainment content. Eyeblast intends to acquire the rights, license, and create high quality media for full screen, real time, viewing over the web. The transaction is expected to close in early 2000.
