Hi,
Before the advent of journal access online there used to be an
organization that accepted and distributed journal collections for use
in institutions/countries trying to set up new library facilities. Does
this still exist in the age of the online journal or does one just shred
10 years of 'Cell' etc.
Can anyone help. Thanks in advance.
