Dear Colleagues :
As you know, there are many buffer solutions.(physiologic salt solution)
and so many name of buffer solution, Tyrode, Krebs-Hanseleit, ... or
"modified" Tyrode... "modified" Krebs-Hanseleit, ...etc. ( there are many
"modified" solution )
Then,.. I wonder what is the "fundamental differences" between Tyrode and
Krebs-Hanseleit solution. Is there any criteria for defining Tyrode and
Krebs-Hanseleit solution ? ( I mean, in what ionic composition we call it
Tyrode, and .. in what ionic composition we call it Krebs-Hanseleit ? )
And.. second question ... For what kind of experiment, should we use Tyrode
and what kind of experiment, should we use Krebs-Hanseleit solution ??
Can anybody give me the answer for this simple question or any references
for that ?
I would greatly appreciate your help.
Thanks in advance.
Good luck !
