using carbonate buffer

Dear everyone

I think, if I use carbonate buffer for protein purification, I can
directly coat the fractions to ELISA plate for testing antigenicity of
each fractions, because the buffer is usually used for plate coating. If
you know or have any experience on it, I would appreciate for your
comments. Thanks.
