Genedoc will 'digest' each of the sequences loaded in..

DIGEST is a dos program that will take in a sequence and look for selected or
all restriction sites and list them..... I think I found it at:
http://www.embl-ebi.ac.uk/biocat/biocat.html
there may be mac versions at the ebi web site if that is your system.
