Hi,
I am working on in situs with in vitro transcribed RNA probes (35S) on
mouse
brain cryosections (freefloating) as well as mouse snout (slides). Have
been able to get background but NO definitive staining for months now!
Any suggestions as to protocols or places to research or who to talk to
in the Boston area? Greatly appreciated!!
