The one I use is GeneDoc: (http://www.cris.com/~ketchup/genedoc.shtml).
It will display amino acid or nucleic acid sequences- atleast 20 at a time.
You either load one sequence at a time or import a CLUSTAL alignment (among
other programs)...
Try it, you'll like it---------------- pc based mostly...
