This is a presentation of a new scientific publication:

role of information in human society.
This publication will be interesting and useful to various specialists
(including biologists).
The work is devoted to the critical analysis of quantitative information
theory and presents the basis of qualitative one. Its main topics are "The
nature of information" (with presentation of new definition of the concept
"information") and "Qualitative principles of information". Eight new
qualitative principles of information were formulated by the author. The
publication also deals with the great role of information in human society,
entering the age of information.
