Stress-induced transposon excision

I have a quick question regarding transposons in bacteria. I am interested
to know whether stress (such as UV treatment) can induce their excision. I
would imagine this to be the case, and have indeed have confirmation from
researchers I've talked to. However, no-one has been able to suggest
references discussing this. I've looked in some general genetic and mobile
DNA texts and tried to do some literature searches but to no avail. Could
anyone out there point me in an appropriate direction?

Cheers in advance.

Chris
