URGENT help needed

We have had a most unfortunate and serious accident at one of our steel
plant facilities where several people were covered with 5,000 degree,
hot molten steel.
One of the survivors is in grave condition with several bacterial
infections,
including acinetobacter, pseudomonac, and klebsiella. As you are aware,

the bacterias are resistant to the common antibacterial treatment.

As this gentleman's infections are not responding, and he currently
faces
the amputation of his limbs one-by-one, I am asking that you send
any information which might be of help, or the name and email address of
a
professional/specialist who might be able to answer some of our
questions.

We appreciate your immediate response as this matter is urgent and time
is
of the essence.

Very sincerely, joop at usaor.net
