Dear colleague:
A new cytokine was found in my lab, named HPO. It can stimulate hepatocell growth, when add it in cell medium. I want to know which signal pathway was activated by it. There are so many protein, such as raf, ras, JAK/STATE, in signal transduction pathway. Which protein is most representative in a pathway? How can I begin my research?
