Q: structure of protein complex + alanine scan

Dear Bioforum,

can anyone point me to references concerning the following topic:

Systematic "alanine scanning" studies on protein complexes for which the
  (wild type)structure is known (from NMR/crystal structure).

I am aware of two examples:
 human growth hormone + receptor
 anti-hen egg white lysozyme (HEL) antibody + HEL
