I would like to know if there are any official/standardized methods for the
detection and quantitation of Acetobacter and/or Gluconobacter.
I am especially interested in the above in regard to food products and
healthcare.
I have been looking into some publications by the FDA and AOAC. I could not
find anything though.
Any information on official bodies governing this, their publications, web
sites etc. is highly appreciated. I am also interested by
regulations/standards from countries other than the USA!
