I have several flasks of cardiomyocytes in culture and wish to change
media conditions and then look for expression differences. To do this I
thought about using atlas cDNA expression arrays. I spoke with 1 person
who used a few of the commercially available arrays and she was not
impressed. Does anyone else out there use these and like them (or not)?
