Does anyone know any tricks to get epithelial cells to outgrow/overwhelm
fibroblasts in primary cell cultures? I'm working with chick kidneys,
but suggestions regarding any species would be helpful.
I've heard that you can remove several growth factors from the media to
do this, but I don't know which growth factors.
