As the title says, I'm looking for vector (construc) that will drive gene
expression
using rDNA (RNA pol I) promoter, mainly human rDNA promoter. I try to
amplified it starting with Human gDNA and specific primers in a PCR
reaction but failed. So If you can help
me (even telling me what primers you used with success) please call me
