Positions in Functional Biology and Genetics
The Department of Biology, Wake Forest University, has two
tenure-track positions for ASSISTANT PROFESSORS. The first involves
functional morphology, comparative physiology, biomechanics or related
field with an evolutionary and organismic emphasis. Responsibilities
will include teaching in the lower-division core sequence, and an
upper-level course in area of specialization alternating with
comparative vertebrate anatomy. The Genetics position involves
teaching a lower-division ecology/evolution course and genetics.
Ability to teach multivariate statistics is an asset. Successful
candidates will participate in the graduate curriculum and establish
active research programs. Application must include names and addresses
