I would recommend to you a good dictionary, one that is good and
"cheap" I use the following:
"The Penguin Dictionary of Biology", 8th edition, published in 1992 by
The Penguin Group.
If you don't have access to one, write me and I will scan the
dictionary's definitions and send them to you, you can write directly to

The dictionary is good and has half decent diagrams.
