Scientist - Hybridoma laboratory.
The individual is required to plan, set up and operate hybridoma
facility independently as well as direct laboratory technicians.
Expertise in tissue culture, selection of expression systems, cell
fusion, optimizing hybridoma production, screening methods for high
production cell lines, and production of Mabs in transgenic animals, is
essential.
The candidate must have Ph.D in cell biology/immunology or related field
with 2-3 years of experience or M.S in biology/immunology with 3-5 years
of hands-on experience in a hybridoma laboratory. Experience in Mab
production strategies with diagnostic objectives
is preferred. Salary is negotiable with qualifications and experience.
