I am a third year student doing a project to find out if Lactobacillus
reduces the level of cholesterol in milk. Currently, i have to extract
cholesterol from liquid milk. Unfortunately, i am unable to find a suitable
protocol for my purpose. Anyone who has any information regarding this can
mail me. Help would also be appreciated to anyone who is able to help me in
any other areas.
