in Aluminum foil protects you from the GREYS while indoors..
It seems that there is something in the glass that amplifies your
thoughts into space and covering your windows with foil prevents this
while indoors.
There is a new product on the market now for outdoor use. You often
see cyclists wearing them. Of course they call them safety helmets but
if you see anyone take one off, check it out and you will probably see
the foil liner. That's also probably why so many people are now
advocating cycling as being a safe, and if the greys can't read your
thoughts an environmentally friendly form of travel.
