Dear Reader,
After hours of unsuccessfull surfing I still need the following
information: Does anybody know about online-information regarding the
FDA category GRAS (generally regarded as safe) concerning
micro-organisms? I wonder if there is any on-line catalog or something
like that of e.g. filamentous fungi that holds this kind of
information.
Any help is appreciated
