For a web source, try doing a literature search with the Entrez browser:

http://www3.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/Entrez/

which receptors are you interested in? Fibrinogen? Vitronectin? All?

There are probably hundreds of papers on this topic so look for a recent
review if you just want an overview of what's going on. You can probably
also post to bionet.molbio.proteins where more of the specialists are
likely to hang out.

Good luck,

Andrew
