Hi!
Is there anyone out there who has experience with genomic cloning? I
have to work with small amounts of genomic DNA and thought the best
method of getting usable DNA fragments would be sonication but I do
not have any experience with this. Has anyone tried this method and
could I get some basic parameters that I know where to start with
optimizing.
