Dear everyone:
When I do the sequencing by PCR cyling sequencing method, sometimes I
could find unexpected mutation on unexpected site. I had heard the PCR
sometimes give mutant product. So, could I believe the mutated sequence
is realy mutated one? Kind explanations would be appreciated.
