Hello, my name is Amica Wetzler. I go to the Mendocino Middle School,
and I am an eighth grade student. I am doing a project on tidepool
animals and their behaviors. I am investigating four main animals. The
Sea Star, Sea Anemone, Hermit Crab and the Chiton. I have found a lot of
information on all of them but what I haven't found was how Hermit Crabs
and Chitons reproduce. If you know of a good source (book or magazine
article) that would be great. So far, the books that I have looked at
are, "Exploring Pacific Coast Tidepools," "The Sea," "Sea Shores" and
the "World Book Encyclopedia". If you have any other suggestions, I
