I've cross posted this in sci.bio not knowing where would be the best place
to ask, but would anyone be able to direct me to a good reference to find
out the Standard Plate Count standard for Milk in Canada??
I have a report to do on the Microbiology of Milk, and thought it would be
nice to include this nugget of knowledge.
BTW, I need this info by Thursday (tomorrow - 27/Jan) night. (:
