I think the amount of junk posted on internet cannot be blamed on students
only. I agree that now and then you can see a term paper question but
these are relatively easy to spot. Not answering them would be the 
simplest way to get rid of the problem. If these individuals will see
that it doesn't work over the net, they will stop. All we have to
do is be patient and consequent.
