Depending on where you are and the facilities available at your location,
you may be able to access through the public anet something called "Carl
Uncover", a strange name , I know, but it is more updated than science
citation index and has a wider range of entries.
Where I am, I type
Public 10 anet
at the prompt I give
uncover.carl.org
you must then inform old Carl about your terminal type. Make sure you exit
properly, or you'll not get back on after a hard break.
