A Belated Bonny New Year to ALL!!!!!!!!!
Dear Industrial Biotechnologists,
We at the Bioprocessing Technology Unit, have recently concocted a BASAL
NUTRIENT MEDIUM for hybridomas that can enable the cells to produce
monoclonal antibodies (Mabs) at a level between 750 - 1000 mg/l in a
*BATCH* culture.
Currently, we are trying to check the applicability of this medium across
a host of cell lines including CHO cells and trying to push this yield
even further.
