Does anybody know where I can find (or have that they could fax or email me?)
the sequences of the intron/exon boundaries of the human p53 gene. I
need some PCR oligos that would allow sequencing of the extreme ends of the
exons so alternatively if anyone has some reliable oligos such information
would be greatly appreciated. Also if anyone has any frameshift mutants of p53
I'd love to hear about them.
